We collect business account details, appointment and customer contact details entered by businesses, payment status and processor references, device and usage data, and support communications.
How we use information
We use information to operate HoldLine, authenticate users, create and display appointment links, verify payment state, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.
Payments
Stripe processes payment and financial-account information. HoldLine receives transaction status and identifiers but does not store full card or bank account numbers.
Sharing
We share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for legitimate business, contractual, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and server-side authorization, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
